Have you ever eaten at a restaurant or eatery of any type and said to yourself and/or friends, “that was good, I’d eat there again.”? One of the pleasures that we have in America is the joy of eating a variety of foods. We have the choice of thousands of restaurants, with an endless array of choices. Many of these restaurants are run by independent owners (Mom & Pop’s) making their living trying to please you and me. When my wife and I travel, we look for the Mom & Pop restaurants. We enjoy giving them our business and seeing new dishes or even some old familiar dishes done well.
