Q on Bay is a family style BBQ restaurant featuring slow cooked BBQ, burgers, wings, salads, sliders, shrimp and creative appetizers.

The restaurant overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, in historic Beaufort, SC. You can sit on the back patio and enjoy the beautiful Waterway and park, with its beautiful well keep grounds. The view itself is worth the trip.

They smoke all their meats for hours, resulting in a tender, juicy and delightful smoke flavor.

Debbie and I ate on a Saturday evening in early August. There were a lot of people enjoying the park, children playing and people enjoying the porch swings along the waterfront.

Debbie had a smoked chicken quesadilla with fresh pico de gallo and guacamole. I had their daily special, braised ox-tails over creamy polenta. Great meal. Both of us commented during the meal that we need to make a day trip back here and bring another couple with us. Good prices, great plate presentation. We’ll be back!!!
