Project Description

E Chicago St, Quincy, MI 49082

Just a simple diner serving breakfast and lunch 7 days a week, dinner on Friday nights. When I simple , I mean a basic diner menu that is doing it right.  Fresh hot plates good portions, quick and friendly service. I would love to have this diner in my home town.

They offer a selection of eggs to order, french toast, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches and omelets.

They also have a few breakfast plates you don’t find often. Such as the “Breakfast Bowl” 2 eggs, sausage patty, hash browns, gravy and a side of toast. “Chopped steak” grilled ground steak, 2 eggs, hash browns and toast. Chipped beef on Texas toast. Haven’t seen chipped beef offered in a restaurant in years.

At lunch they offer a good variety of hot and cold sandwiches, salads and appetizers.  How about a hamburger, they offer 9 different choices.

Another unusual plate is their “Hillbilly Salad” American fries, choice of meat, bacon, onions, tomatoes, egg and cheese on a bed of lettuce.

Debbie and I both had eggs over easy, sausage patty, hash browns and rye toast
