Ingredients
  1. Olive oil ¼ cup
  2. Onion, chopped 1 large
  3. Boneless chicken breast halves 16 each
  4. Ketchup ¾ cup
  5. Soy sauce ½ cup
  6. Brown sugar ¾ cup
  7. Lemon juice 1/2cup ( 1 fresh lemon if possible)
  8. Black pepper ground 1 Tbsp
Instructions
  1. Saute onion in oil until translucent.
  2. Add chicken, and brown lightly.
  3. Combine ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, and pepper; mix well. Pour over chicken, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 25 to 35 minutes.
