Ingredients
- Olive oil ¼ cup
- Onion, chopped 1 large
- Boneless chicken breast halves 16 each
- Ketchup ¾ cup
- Soy sauce ½ cup
- Brown sugar ¾ cup
- Lemon juice 1/2cup ( 1 fresh lemon if possible)
- Black pepper ground 1 Tbsp
Instructions
- Saute onion in oil until translucent.
- Add chicken, and brown lightly.
- Combine ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, and pepper; mix well. Pour over chicken, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 25 to 35 minutes.
