Ingredients
  1. GROUND BEEF 15 LBS
  2. BREAD CRUMBS, DRY 2 LBS
  3. or
  4. WHITE BREAD, FRESH, BROKEN 1 LOAF
  5. MILK, FRESH 2-1/2 CUPS
  6. OATMEAL 1 LB
  7. SALT 4-1/2 TBSP.
  8. BLACK PEPPER 1-1/2 TSP
  9. GARLIC, GRANULATED 1- 1/2 TSP
  10. ONIONS, YELLOW, COOKED 1-1/2 CUPS
  11. EGGS FRESH, SLIGHTLY BEATEN 12 EACH
Instructions
  1. COMBINE BEEF WITH BREAD CRUMBS, SALT, PEPPER, AND GARLIC.
  2. Note: if using fresh bread and milk, break the bread into small pieces, pour milk over bread. Mash fine like baby food.
  3. ADD ONIONS AND EGGS, MIX UNTIL INCORPORATED, DO NOT OVER MIX.
  4. DIVIDE INTO 3 EVEN LOAVES.
  5. BAKE AT 325 FOR 90
