Southern cole slaw, it's a staple when BBQ-ing
- Cabbage , shredded 12 lbs
- Carrots, shredded 1/2 lb (optional)
- Salad dressing 2 cups
- Sweet pickle relish 1 cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Mix all ingredients together at one time. mix until well blended.
- (season to taste with salt & pepper)
- Chili to 41 f before serving.
- I like the carrots for color!
