A crowd pleaser!
  1. boneless, skinless chicken breast 16-18 ea
  2. lemon pepper as needed
  3. granulated or powdered garlic as needed
  4. (not garlic salt)
  5. marinade
  6. italian dressing 1 cup
  7. kikkoman’s soy sauce 1 cup
  8. pineapple juice 1 cup
  1. Sprinkle lemon pepper and garlic lightly on both sides of the chicken breast. place in a bowl or ziploc.
  2. mixed the marinade together, pour over chicken.
  3. refrigerate from 1 hour to no more than 24 hours.
  4. grill, broil or pan fry.
helpful hints
  1. remember 1/3 each on the 3 marinade ingredients, more chicken more marinade.
  2. never reuse a marinade.
  3. chicken is done when its firm when pressed with your finger . if it feels spongy its usual not done.
