Seasoned Ground Beef (for Italian dishes)
Can be used in many Italian dishes. prepare ahead of time and use when needed. Freezes well.
  1. Fresh ground beef 1 lb
  2. ( 80/20 or higher)
  3. Granulated garlic 1/2 tsp
  4. Sweet basil leaves 1/2 tsp
  5. Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  6. Salt 1/4 tsp
  7. Oregano 1/4 tsp
  1. Brown meat, drain off fat, add seasonings, cook 5 minutes over low heat.
  2. Set aside for later use or add to a prepared sauce.

    Thank you David for the Italian ground meat recipe. I am trying it tonight. If I add ragu sauce to it would I have to add another ingredients?
    I too love learning new methods and trying new recipes. Thank you so much for your help.
