Seasoned Ground Beef (for Italian dishes)
Can be used in many Italian dishes. prepare ahead of time and use when needed. Freezes well.
- Fresh ground beef 1 lb
- ( 80/20 or higher)
- Granulated garlic 1/2 tsp
- Sweet basil leaves 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Oregano 1/4 tsp
- Brown meat, drain off fat, add seasonings, cook 5 minutes over low heat.
- Set aside for later use or add to a prepared sauce.
