PEANUT BUTTER ICING
A simple recipe that can be used on cakes and cup cakes!

Ingredients
  1. BUTTER, SOFTENED 1 CUP, (2 STICKS)
  2. POWDERED SUGAR 1 LB
  3. PEANUT BUTTER 3/4 CUP
  4. VANILLA 1 TBSP.
  5. MILK (AS NEEDED) 1/3 TO 1/2 CUP
Instructions
  1. CREAM BUTTER IN MIXER UNTIL CREAMY, ADD PEANUT BUTTER, MILK, VANILLA AND 1/2 OF POWDERED SUGAR, BEAT WELL.
  2. ADD REMAIN SUGAR AT LITTLE AT A TIME UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY.
