Peanut Butter Burgers
The chef gone crazy, no - no give it a try.
  1. Ground beef, 85 % or better 1 lb
  2. Peanut butter, smooth 3 Tbsp
  3. Kikkomon’s soy sauce 1 Tbsp
  4. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp
  5. Italian Dressing 1 Tbsp
  6. Pepper 1/2 tsp
  7. Onion, finely diced ( optional) 1/4 cup
  8. Marinade/ Sauce
  9. Peanut Butter, smooth 1/4 cup
  10. Kikkomon’s soy sauce 2 tbsp
  11. Orange juice 1/4 cup
  12. Hot sauce 2 Tbsp
  1. Blend the peanut butter, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and onion. Add to ground beef mix well. Make four equal size patties, or 8 mini burgers.
  2. Broil, pan fry or grill. Top with Swiss or Cheddar cheese.
  1. Note: If you are a little adventurous make a batch of the marinade below. Marinate the burgers for 30 minutes to an hour. If grilling or broiling, baste the burgers once during cooking. You can top your burger with sauteed onions, mushroom or peppers.
