Chocolate Buttercream
Yields 2
Put it on white cake, put it on yellow cake, or just put on a spoon and eat it!
  1. Butter, softened 6 Tbsp.
  2. Unsweetened Natural Cocoa 1/2 cup
  3. Powdered Sugar 2-2/3 cup
  4. Milk, Fresh 1/3 cup
  5. Vanilla Extract 1 tsp.
  1. Beat butter in medium bowl. Add cocoa and powdered sugar alternately with milk; beat to spreading consistency ( additional milk may be needed). Blend in vanilla.
