Butter Pecan Sauce
Great on ice cream, topping for a cake!
  1. Butter 6 Tbsp.
  2. Cornstarch 2 tsp.
  3. Honey 1- 1/3 cups
  4. Pecans, chopped 1/2 cup
  1. Melt butter over low heat. Stir in cornstarch. Add honey and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Add pecans. Serve slightly warm over ice cream.
