Ingredients
- POWDERED SUGAR 1 LB
- SHORTENING 3/4 CUP
- FLOUR 1/4 CUP
- HOT WATER 1/4 CUP
- SALT PINCH
- VANILLA (OPTIONAL) 1 TSP
Instructions
- Cream all ingredients together, whip on high speed 5 minutes.
Notes
- Adding of vanilla will take away from the snow white color when using for wedding cakes.
- Icing will hold for weeks unrefrigerated, if placed in an air tight container.
