- Flour, A.P. 2 Tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper 1/8 tsp
- Milk, fresh 1 cup
- Over medium heat; melt butter; add flour salt and pepper. stir until smooth.
- 2. add milk gradually; stirring constantly, until the sauce come almost to a boil. Remove from the heat.
- Can be used a gravy
- Add cheese to make a cheese sauce
- Add some Italian herbs to make a savory sauce
