Ingredients
  1. Butter 2 Tbsp
  2. Flour, A.P. 2 Tbsp
  3. Salt 1/4 tsp
  4. Black pepper 1/8 tsp
  5. Milk, fresh 1 cup
Instructions
  1. Over medium heat; melt butter; add flour salt and pepper. stir until smooth.
  2. 2. add milk gradually; stirring constantly, until the sauce come almost to a boil. Remove from the heat.
Notes
  1. Can be used a gravy
  2. Add cheese to make a cheese sauce
  3. Add some Italian herbs to make a savory sauce
