Lets talk Safety
1.Never thaw out a turkey at room temperature, always and I said
always thaw you turkey in the refrigerator or in moving cold
water.
2. Stay away from stuffing the turkey. Make a dressing in another
pan. People can get sick when the blood that is in the stuffing
does not get cooked at a high enough temperature to kill the
bacteria.
3. I know that Grandma use to do this, but don’t leave the turkey
sitting on the counter after lunch until later that night for supper.
Bacteria can start growing and get someone sick.
