- Broccoli, fresh, florets 2 cup
- Butter 1 Tbsp.
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- Wash broccoli florets, rinse extra water but keep broccoli wet. Place in a microwavable bowl, place butter, salt & pepper over broccoli, wrap tightly with clear wrap. Place in the microwave for 143 seconds. Serve immediately.
- The small amount of water creates the steam. The broccoli stays bright green and ‘al dente’. If making a larger batch, increase your time a little.
