Sour Cream Horeradish Sauce
This is a great sauce for carved beef, and great on meat sandwiches!

Ingredients
  1. Sour cream 1/2 cup (8 ounces)
  2. Horseradish prepared 1-1/2 to 2 Tbsp
  3. Pepper coarsely ground 1/2 tsp
  4. Worcestershire sauce 2 dashes
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. You can make this recipe larger if you are going to use it for a catering or larger group.
