Sesame Chicken, Bake & Fried Methods

This recipe is very easy, you can pan fry the breaded chicken pieces or you can bread and bake them. Both ways work great.

- 6 EA BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
- FRYING METHOD
- 1 QT COOKING OIL
- 3 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1 TSP PEPPER
- 1 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
- OVEN METHOD
- 1 CUP FLOUR
- 1/4 TSP SALT
- 1/4 TSP PEPPER
- 1/4 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
- 3 LG EGGS
- 1 CUP MILK
- 2 CUPS BREAD CRUMBS
- 1/4 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
- 1/2 TSP PAPRIKA
- AS NEEDED COOKING SPRAY
- SESAME SAUCE
- 3 TBSP SOY SAUCE
- 2 TBSP KETCHUP
- 1/4 TSP PEPPER
- 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 6 OZ WATER
- 6 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE
- 2 TBSP CIDER VINEGAR
- 1 TBSP CORNSTARCH
- 1 TBSP BUTTER
- 2 TBSP SESAME SEEDS
Instructions
- CHICKEN
- CUT CHICKEN INTO 1-1/2 INCH PIECES.
- A - FRYING METHOD
- A - MIX FLOUR WITH SALT AND PEPPER AND GARLIC. DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR, FRY 3-4 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
- B - OVEN METHOD
- B - (BOWL #1) COMBINE FLOUR, SALT, PEPPER AND GARLIC. (BOWL #2) MIX EGGS AND MILK. (BOWL #3) COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS, GARLIC AND PAPRIKA.
