Sesame Chicken, Bake & Fried Methods
This recipe is very easy, you can pan fry the breaded chicken pieces or you can bread and bake them. Both ways work great.

  4. 1 QT COOKING OIL
  5. 3 CUPS FLOUR
  6. 1 TSP SALT

  8. 1 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
  9. OVEN METHOD
  10. 1 CUP FLOUR
  11. 1/4 TSP SALT
  12. 1/4 TSP PEPPER
  13. 1/4 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
  14. 3 LG EGGS
  15. 1 CUP MILK
  16. 2 CUPS BREAD CRUMBS
  17. 1/4 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
  18. 1/2 TSP PAPRIKA
  19. AS NEEDED COOKING SPRAY
  20. SESAME SAUCE
  21. 3 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  22. 2 TBSP KETCHUP
  23. 1/4 TSP PEPPER
  24. 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  25. 6 OZ WATER
  26. 6 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE
  27. 2 TBSP CIDER VINEGAR
  28. 1 TBSP CORNSTARCH
  29. 1 TBSP BUTTER
  30. 2 TBSP SESAME SEEDS
Instructions
  1. CHICKEN
  2. CUT CHICKEN INTO 1-1/2 INCH PIECES.
  3. A - FRYING METHOD
  4. A - MIX FLOUR WITH SALT AND PEPPER AND GARLIC. DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR, FRY 3-4 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
  5. B - OVEN METHOD
  6. B - (BOWL #1) COMBINE FLOUR, SALT, PEPPER AND GARLIC. (BOWL #2) MIX EGGS AND MILK. (BOWL #3) COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS, GARLIC AND PAPRIKA.
  7. B - DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR (SHAKE OFF EXCESS0, THEN EGG
