SALAD GREENS WITH RASPBERRY DRESSING
I like a salad with fresh raspberries!

Ingredients
  1. Raspberries, fresh 1 cup
  2. Red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp
  3. Olive or vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
  4. Sugar 1 Tbsp
  5. Stone-ground mustard 2 tsp
  6. Mixed salad greens 6 cups
Instructions
  1. Mash raspberries in medium bowl with fork until smooth. Add vinegar; gradually add oil. Stir in sugar and mustard.
  2. To serve, place salad greens in large bowl. Add dressing; toss lightly.
  3. *Substitute 1 cup individually quick frozen raspberries, thawed.

  1. TIP: Raspberry dressing can be made ahead and stored in tightly covered
