Raspberry Vinaigrette
What a great flavor with the fresh raspberries!
  1. 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
  2. 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  3. 2 teaspoons sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  6. 2/3 cup oil
  1. In blender bowl combine raspberries, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Continue to blend while gradually adding oil. Cover and Refrigerate.
