Peachy Nut Cake (Kind of a cobbler)
My wife made this dish using some canned peaches my sister canned, WOW! what a dessert !!
  1. Peaches, slices 1 - (28)oz can
  2. Yellow cake mix 1 box
  3. Butter 3/4 cup
  4. Pecan pieces 1 cup
  1. Place peaches in a 13 X 8 X 2 pan. Sprinkle cake mix over peaches evenly. Pour butter over cake mix. Sprinkle pecans evenly over the cake.
  2. Bake at 325F for 55 minutes.
  3. Top with cool whip, real whipped cream or ice cream.
