Peachy Nut Cake (Kind of a cobbler)
My wife made this dish using some canned peaches my sister canned, WOW! what a dessert !!
- Peaches, slices 1 - (28)oz can
- Yellow cake mix 1 box
- Butter 3/4 cup
- Pecan pieces 1 cup
- Place peaches in a 13 X 8 X 2 pan. Sprinkle cake mix over peaches evenly. Pour butter over cake mix. Sprinkle pecans evenly over the cake.
- Bake at 325F for 55 minutes.
- Top with cool whip, real whipped cream or ice cream.
