Oven Style Pork Ribs, BBQ Ribs
After you have prepared this recipe a couple times, try it on the grill.

Ingredients
  1. Baby back ribs or spare ribs 1 rack
  2. Lemon pepper 4 tsp.
  3. Granulated garlic 4 tsp.
  4. liquid smoke 1/4 cup
  5. BBQ Sauce
  6. Vinegar, apple cider 1/3 cup
  7. Granulated garlic 1 tsp
  8. Brown sugar 1 cup
  9. Soy sauce 3 Tbsp
  10. Ginger, ground 1-1/2 tsp
  11. Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  12. Liquid smoke 2 tsp
  13. Orange Marmalade 1/3 cup
  14. Water 1/2 cup
  15. Chili sauce 1- 10 oz bottle
  16. Ketchup 3/4 cup
Instructions
  1. Blend dry ingredients together. Rub ribs with smoke, thoroughly coat the ribs with the spice rub, cover with clear wrap, refrigerate up to 2 hours. Follow cooking instructions below. At the 2-1/2 to 3 hour mark, remove ribs from the oven, brush both sides with BBQ sauce place back in the oven for a ½ hour , remove and brush the tops one more time, let cook 15 more minutes. I do not brush the ribs when they come out, I like the cooked sauce presentation better.
  2. Cooking Instructions
  3. 1. Preheat oven to 275ºF . Line shallow baking pan with foil, place ribs (curved side up)on pan and place in center of oven. Cook ribs for 2-3/4 hour to 3-1/2 hours, until tender. Let ribs stand for 15-20 minutes before cutting.
  4. Note: When its time for the grill, cook at 250F for 3-1/2 to 4 hours, follow, the rest of the instructions listed.
  5. BBQ Sauce
  6. In a non-aluminum pan, combine all ingredients except ketchup and chili sauce . Bring to a boil.
  7. Add chili sauce ketchup, bring to a simmer, simmer 20- 40 minutes.
