Oven Style Pork Ribs,
The brown sugar makes these ribs come out crispy coating.
- Pork Baby back ribs or spare ribs 1 rack
- Brown sugar 3/4 cup
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp.
- Black pepper 1-1/2 tsp.
- Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Liquid smoke 1/4 cup
- Blend dry ingredients together. Rub ribs with smoke, thoroughly coat the ribs with the spice rub, cover with clear wrap, refrigerate up to 2 hours.
- Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275ºF . Line shallow baking pan with foil, place ribs (curved side up)on pan and place in center of oven. Cook ribs for 2-3/4 hour to 3-1/2 hours, until tender. Let ribs stand for 15-20 minutes before cutting.
