Oven Style Pork Ribs, Dry Rub
Once you have made this a couple of time, try changing some of the herbs, for a different taste!
- Baby back ribs or spare ribs 1 rack
- Granulated garlic 1 Tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Ground cumin 1 tsp
- Liquid smoke 1/4 cup
- Blend dry ingredients together. Rub ribs with smoke, thoroughly coat the ribs with the spice rub, cover with clear wrap, refrigerate up to 2 hours.
- Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275ºF . Line shallow baking pan with foil, place ribs (curved side up)on pan and place in center of oven. Cook ribs for 2-3/4 hour to 3-1/2 hours, until tender. Let ribs stand for 15-20 minutes before cutting.
