Orange Mustard Sauce
Great on grilled fish or chicken!
  1. Butter 4 Tbsp
  2. Parsley, fresh, finely chopped 2 Tbsp
  3. Green onion, finely chopped 2 Tbsp
  4. Dijon or brown mustard 2 tsp
  5. Orange, zest 1 Tbsp
  6. Orange juice, fresh 1 Orange
  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan, add parsley and spring onions and cook gently until soft. Add mustard, orange zest and juice simmer for a few minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
