Mississippi Mud Cake

Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 4 each eggs, beaten
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 cups pecans. chopped
- 1 pkg. mini marshmallows
- Mississippi Mud Frosting
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup canned milk
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt margarine, add cocoa and sugar, add beaten eggs and mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9x13 baking pan. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 35-40 minutes.
- 2. When cake is done, remove from oven and add a layer of miniature marshmallows while hot. Let cool then frost with Mississippi Mud Frosting.
- Frosting
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Frost cake.
