Mississippi Mud Cake

Ingredients
  1. 2 sticks margarine
  2. 2 cups sugar
  3. 1-1/2 cups flour
  4. 1/3 cup cocoa
  5. 4 each eggs, beaten
  6. 1/8 tsp. salt
  7. 1-1/2 cups pecans. chopped
  8. 1 pkg. mini marshmallows
  9. Mississippi Mud Frosting
  10. 1 stick margarine
  11. 1 box powdered sugar
  12. 1 tsp. vanilla
  13. 1/2 cup cocoa
  14. 1/3 cup canned milk
  15. pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Melt margarine, add cocoa and sugar, add beaten eggs and mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9x13 baking pan. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 35-40 minutes.
  2. 2. When cake is done, remove from oven and add a layer of miniature marshmallows while hot. Let cool then frost with Mississippi Mud Frosting.
  3. Frosting
  4. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Frost cake.
