You can use, pork loins, pork chops or Boston butt steaks

Ingredients
- Marinade
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
- Hot sauce 2 tbsp.
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp.
- Italian dressing 1/4 cup
- Pork loin steaks 6 ea.
- Salt and pepper As needed
Instructions
- Mix marinade ingredients well.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper. Place in a ziplock bag, add marinade to steaks, refrigerate from 1 to 24 hours
- Broil, grill or pan fry until well done. Never reuse marinade.
