Marinated Pork Loin Steaks

You can use, pork loins, pork chops or Boston butt steaks

Ingredients
  1. Marinade
  2. Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
  3. Hot sauce 2 tbsp.
  4. Soy sauce 2 tbsp.
  5. Italian dressing 1/4 cup
  6. Pork loin steaks 6 ea.
  7. Salt and pepper As needed
Instructions
  1. Mix marinade ingredients well.
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Place in a ziplock bag, add marinade to steaks, refrigerate from 1 to 24 hours
  3. Broil, grill or pan fry until well done. Never reuse marinade.

  3. Note: I like to place the steak on a plate wrapped tightly with clear wrap for 5 -10 minutes, this keeps them hot and creates some natural au jus.
