Honey Granola
Fresh granola anyone!
  1. Old-fashioned oats 4 cups
  2. Golden raisins 1 cup
  3. Butter 1/2 cup
  4. Vanilla 1 tsp.
  5. Nuts coarsely chopped 2 cups
  6. Honey 3/4 cup
  7. Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp.
  8. Salt Dash
  1. Combine oats, nuts, and raisins in a large bowl, mix well and set aside.
  2. Combine honey, butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a saucepan, bring mixture to a boil over high heat and boil one minute. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture, toss until well blended.
  3. Spread on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir every 5 minutes.
  4. Cool. Crumble and store at room temperature in an air tight container up to 2 weeks.
