Honey Glazed Pork Chops
Great on the grill!! Even close to great in the broiler!
  1. Pork loin chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick 4 each
  2. Lemon pepper as needed
  3. Glaze
  4. Honey 4 Tbsp
  5. Orange Juice 4 Tbsp
  6. Balsanic vinegar 1 tsp
  7. Olive oil 3 Tsp
  8. Ginger, ground 1/2 tsp
  9. Ground red pepper (optional)
  1. Season chops with lemon peeper, place in refrigerator until ready to use.
  2. Cook glaze over medium heat, do not boil, keep warm.
  3. Grill or broil steaks. Brush with glaze after turning; brush frequently with glaze.
  1. If desired double the glaze and serve it a bowl with the chops
