Grilled Salmon
Delightful dish! eat salmon for good health.
  1. Olive oil 2 Tbsp.
  2. Garlic, granulated 1 tsp.
  3. Basil, dry or fresh 1 tsp.
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp.
  5. Ground red pepper 1/4 tsp.
  6. Lemon juice, fresh(if possible) 1/4 cup
  7. Salmon Fillets 2 ea (5-6 ounces each)
  1. Mix the marinade together, (up to a day in advance). Place salmon, in marinade, let stay 10 minutes.
  2. Turn on broil to high. Place salmon steaks 4-5 inches from element, cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from oven, plate, squeeze with fresh lemon.
