Ingredients
  1. 1 1/3 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  2. 1 1/3 TBSP GARLIC MINCED
  3. 2 TSP SOY SAUCE
  4. 2 TSP SALT
  5. 4 5 OZ BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
  6. 1/4 CUP BOTTLED SWEET-AND-SPICY BARBECUE SAUCE GOOD QUALITY
Instructions
  1. PREHEAT A STOVETOP GRILL OR THE BROILER. IN A MIXING BOWL, STIR TOGETHER THE OLIVE OIL, GARLIC, SOY SAUCE, AND SALT. TURN THE CHICKEN BREASTS IN THIS MARINADE AND LEAVE TO MARINATE AT IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 1 TO 4 HOURS. GRILL OR BROIL THE CHICKEN BREASTS UNTIL COOKED THROUGH, 5 TO 6 MINUTES PER SIDE.
  2. DIP GRILLED CHICKEN IN BBQ SAUCE AND GRILL 1-2 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE.
