Frittata

Frittata (Italian Flat Omelet)
This omelet can be with your favorite meat and or vegetables and cheese of your choice. Please watch the video (how to make a frittata)

Ingredients
  1. 3 each EGGS
  2. 2 Tbsp CHEDDAR CHEESE
  3. 2 oz cooked sausage
  4. as needed SALT AND PEPPER
  5. 2 Tbsp sauteed onions
  6. 1 Tbsp BUTTER
Instructions
  1. Brown off sausage, set aside. saute onions, set aside. Set broil on medium heat!
  2. You will need a non-stick skillet with a metal handle. Place skillet on stove top over a low to medium-low heat. Melt butter in skillet.
  3. Beat eggs add sausage, onions, pinch of salt and pepper, and most of the cheese. ( save a little cheese for garnish)
  4. Add egg mixture to skillet; let cook for 3-4 minutes watching for the eggs to start firming up on the edge. When the egg has firmed some on the edge and is bubbling place in the oven 6-8 inches under the broiler. bake 2-3 minutes or just until the egg gets firm. Garnish the cheese.
