Fresh Cranberry Relish
Fresh cranberry relish has such a refreshing flavor!
  1. Mandarin orange wedges, drained 1 small can
  2. Cranberries, whole fresh 1 lb
  3. Sugar, granulated 3/4 cup
  4. Lemon, fresh 1 ea
  5. pinch of salt
  1. Grind cranberries and orange slices together. Add sugar and salt, and juice from lemon. Mix well.
