Fresh Cranberry Relish
Fresh cranberry relish has such a refreshing flavor!
- Mandarin orange wedges, drained 1 small can
- Cranberries, whole fresh 1 lb
- Sugar, granulated 3/4 cup
- Lemon, fresh 1 ea
- pinch of salt
- Grind cranberries and orange slices together. Add sugar and salt, and juice from lemon. Mix well.
