A mixture of two or more liquids, of which one is a fat or oil and the
other is waterbased (such as vinegar)so that tiny globules of one are
suspended in the other Emulsions may be temporary, semi-permanent
and permanent. Oil & vinegar is an example of a temporary emulsion.
