Chocolate Pecan Graham Crackers
I found this recipe and put my own twist to it.
  1. Gram crackers 12 each
  2. Pecans, chopped 1 cup
  3. Butter 1 cup
  4. Sugar 2 Tbsp.
  5. Chocolate chips 1 cup
  1. Line a sheet pan with foil. Break crackers into pieces along markings on crackers and place broken crackers in one tight layer on covered pan. Set aside.
  2. Place butter and sugar in a sauce pan, bring to a boil for 1-1/2 minutes. Pour sugar mixture over graham crackers. Bake at 275F for 20 minutes.
  3. With 3 minutes left before the crackers are done ; melt the chocolate chops in the microwave. Be very careful not to burn the chocolate.
  4. When the crackers come out of the oven, drizzle chocolate over crackers. Let cool completely; break into pieces.
