- MARINADE
- 3 EA BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS 1 INCH DICED
- 6 TBSP ITALIAN DRESSING
- 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
- 2 TSP BROWN SUGAR OPTIONAL
- 1 TSP LEMON PEPPER
- 1 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
- PREPARATION
- 1/2 MED SWEET ONION 3/4 INCH DICED
- 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL 2 - 1 TBSP SERVINGS
- AS NEEDED SALT
- AS NEEDED PEPPER
- 1/4 TSP GROUND GINGER
- 1/2 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
- 4 CUPS BROCCOLI BROKEN INTO FLORETS
- 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE OR TO TASTE
- 1 TSP BROWN SUGAR OPTIONAL
Instructions
- MARINADE
- PLACE DICED CHICKEN, MARINADE AND SPICES IN ZIPLOCK, TOSS TO COAT EVENLY. MARINATED IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 1 TO 24 HOURS.
- PREPARATION
- OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT SAUTE ONIONS IN OLIVE OIL, ADD A PINCH OF SALT & PEPPER. REMOVE ONIONS FROM PAN, ADD OIL AND SAUTE THE DICED CHICKEN UNTIL DONE. ADD THE GARLIC AND GINGER WHILE SAUTÉING.
- ADD BROCCOLI, ONIONS, SUGAR AND SOY SAUCE TO THE CHICKEN, COOK ABOUT 2 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM HEAT. SERVE OVER PASTA OR RICE.
