  2. 3 EA BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS 1 INCH DICED
  3. 6 TBSP ITALIAN DRESSING
  4. 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  5. 2 TSP BROWN SUGAR OPTIONAL
  6. 1 TSP LEMON PEPPER
  7. 1 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
  8. PREPARATION
  9. 1/2 MED SWEET ONION 3/4 INCH DICED
  10. 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL 2 - 1 TBSP SERVINGS
  11. AS NEEDED SALT
  12. AS NEEDED PEPPER
  13. 1/4 TSP GROUND GINGER
  14. 1/2 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
  15. 4 CUPS BROCCOLI BROKEN INTO FLORETS
  16. 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE OR TO TASTE
  17. 1 TSP BROWN SUGAR OPTIONAL
Instructions
  1. MARINADE
  2. PLACE DICED CHICKEN, MARINADE AND SPICES IN ZIPLOCK, TOSS TO COAT EVENLY. MARINATED IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 1 TO 24 HOURS.
  3. PREPARATION
  4. OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT SAUTE ONIONS IN OLIVE OIL, ADD A PINCH OF SALT & PEPPER. REMOVE ONIONS FROM PAN, ADD OIL AND SAUTE THE DICED CHICKEN UNTIL DONE. ADD THE GARLIC AND GINGER WHILE SAUTÉING.
  5. ADD BROCCOLI, ONIONS, SUGAR AND SOY SAUCE TO THE CHICKEN, COOK ABOUT 2 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM HEAT. SERVE OVER PASTA OR RICE.
