Ingredients
  1. CHICKENS
  2. 3 WHOLE CHICKENS QUARTERED
  3. AS NEEDED SALT
  4. AS NEEDED PEPPER
  5. SAUCE
  6. 2 CUPS APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
  7. 1 TSP GROUND RED PEPPER
  8. 2 TSP SALT
  9. 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  10. 1 TBSP HOT SAUCE
  11. 1/2 TSP BROWN SUGAR
Instructions
  1. CLEAN AND PREP CHICKENS. DUST WITH SALT & PEPPER. REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO USE.
  2. COMBINE SAUCE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, BRING TO A BOIL, REDUCE HEAT, SIMMER 15 MINUTES. SET ASIDE.
  3. PREHEAT YOUR GRILL TO A MEDIUM HEAT. PLACE THE CHICKEN SKIN SIDE UP. COOK FOR 1-1/2 HOURS. DIP COOKED CHICKEN IN SAUCE, PLACE BACK ON THE GRILL FOR 10 MINUTES.
  4. CHECK FOR DONENESS, DIP CHICKEN IN THE SAUCE A SECOND TIME. REMOVE FROM GRILL.
  5. CHICKEN HOLDS WELL IN A COVERED PAN UNTIL SERVING TIME.
