Ingredients
- MARINADE
- 16 EA CHICKEN WINGS 1ST AND 2ND JOINTS ONLY
- 1/4 CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 1 TBSP HOT SAUCE
- 1/2 TSP LIQUID SMOKE
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP PEPPER
- CAROLINA BBQ SAUCE
- 1 CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 1/2 TSP GROUND RED PEPPER
- 1 TSP BULK PORK BREAKFAST SAUSAGE
- 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
- 1 1/2 TSP HOT SAUCE
Instructions
- MARINADE
- MIX THE MARINADE TOGETHER, PLACE IN A ZIPLOCK. PLACE CHICKEN IN ZIPLOCK, TOSS WELL, MARINATE FOR 2-24 HOURS.
- GRILL CHICKEN FOR 1 HOUR TO 1-1/2 HOURS OVER LOW HEAT ABOUT 275-300F.
- WHEN DONE, REMOVE FROM THE GRILL.
