Ingredients
  1. MARINADE
  2. 16 EA CHICKEN WINGS 1ST AND 2ND JOINTS ONLY
  3. 1/4 CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
  4. 1 TBSP HOT SAUCE
  5. 1/2 TSP LIQUID SMOKE
  6. 1/2 TSP SALT
  7. 1/2 TSP PEPPER
  8. CAROLINA BBQ SAUCE
  9. 1 CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
  10. 1/2 TSP GROUND RED PEPPER
  11. 1 TSP BULK PORK BREAKFAST SAUSAGE
  12. 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  13. 1 1/2 TSP HOT SAUCE
Instructions
  1. MARINADE
  2. MIX THE MARINADE TOGETHER, PLACE IN A ZIPLOCK. PLACE CHICKEN IN ZIPLOCK, TOSS WELL, MARINATE FOR 2-24 HOURS.
  3. GRILL CHICKEN FOR 1 HOUR TO 1-1/2 HOURS OVER LOW HEAT ABOUT 275-300F.
  4. WHEN DONE, REMOVE FROM THE GRILL.
  5. CAROLINA BBQ SAUCE
  6. COMBINE SAUCE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, BRING TO A BOIL, REDUCE HEAT, SIMMER 15 MINUTES. SET ASIDE.
  7. POUR 1 CUP OF CAROLINA BBQ SAUCE OVER COOKED WINGS, TOSS WELL.
