Cajun Chicken Strips
They have just enough of a bite, really, not to hot!!

Ingredients
  1. 1 TBSP FLOUR
  2. 1 TSP POULTRY SEASONING
  3. 1/4 TSP GARLIC SALT
  4. 3/4 TSP GARLIC POWDER
  5. 1/2 TSP PAPRIKA
  6. 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  7. 1/8 - 1/4 TSP RED PEPPER
  8. 1 1/2 LBS BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS CUT INTO 1/2 INCH STRIPS
  9. 2 TBSP MARGARINE OR BUTTER
Instructions
  1. IN A SKILLET, MELT THE BUTTER. COMBINE THE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS. TAKE EACH STRIP OF CHICKEN, AND ROLL IT IN THE FLOUR MIXTURE. COOK THE FLOURED CHICKEN IN THE MELTED BUTTER FOR 8-10 MINUTES UNTIL THE JUICES RUN CLEAR. FOR A SPICIER STRIP, ADD MORE RED PEPPER.
