Cajun Chicken Strips

Ingredients
- 1 TBSP FLOUR
- 1 TSP POULTRY SEASONING
- 1/4 TSP GARLIC SALT
- 3/4 TSP GARLIC POWDER
- 1/2 TSP PAPRIKA
- 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
- 1/8 - 1/4 TSP RED PEPPER
- 1 1/2 LBS BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS CUT INTO 1/2 INCH STRIPS
- 2 TBSP MARGARINE OR BUTTER
Instructions
- IN A SKILLET, MELT THE BUTTER. COMBINE THE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS. TAKE EACH STRIP OF CHICKEN, AND ROLL IT IN THE FLOUR MIXTURE. COOK THE FLOURED CHICKEN IN THE MELTED BUTTER FOR 8-10 MINUTES UNTIL THE JUICES RUN CLEAR. FOR A SPICIER STRIP, ADD MORE RED PEPPER.
