  1. 1/2 CUP TEXAS PETE HOT SAUCE
  2. 1/2 CUP BUTTER MELTED
  3. 3 LBS CHICKEN WINGS 1ST AND 2ND JOINTS (NO FLAPPERS)
Instructions
  1. MIX TOGETHER BUTTER AND HOT SAUCE; BLEND WELL.
  2. FRY CHICKEN WINGS IN OIL AT 350°F UNTIL DONE. POUR THE SAUCE OVER THE WINGS AS SOON AS THEY COME OUT OF THE FRYER.
