Ingredients
- 1/2 CUP TEXAS PETE HOT SAUCE
- 1/2 CUP BUTTER MELTED
- 3 LBS CHICKEN WINGS 1ST AND 2ND JOINTS (NO FLAPPERS)
Instructions
- MIX TOGETHER BUTTER AND HOT SAUCE; BLEND WELL.
- FRY CHICKEN WINGS IN OIL AT 350°F UNTIL DONE. POUR THE SAUCE OVER THE WINGS AS SOON AS THEY COME OUT OF THE FRYER.
