Boston Butt Steaks
This recipe is simple but has a great flavor.
  1. Boston butt steak 2 ea
  2. (average 8 - 10 ounces)
  3. Lemon pepper As needed
  1. Sprinkle lemon pepper on both sides of the steaks, let marinade for 30 minutes to 2 hours, in a refrigerator.
  2. GRILL: Grill over a medium high heat on your grill. Cook until done but not dry. ( about 10-12 minutes).
  3. BROILER: Broil on a broiling pan at medium high heat, using the middle or low shelf in your oven. Cook until done but not dry
  4. ( about 10-12 minutes).
  5. Serves 2 or more depending on the size and your appetite.
