Bacon and Cheese Quiche
They say quiche isn't cool any more. That's okay, I'll sit down to this not so cool quiche any time!!
  1. Eggs 4 each
  2. Heavy cream 3/4 cup
  3. Milk 3/4 cup
  4. Grated cheddar or Swiss cheese 1 cup
  5. Chopped cooked bacon 3/4 cup
  6. Chopped onion, lightly sauteed 1/2 cup
  7. Chopped parsley 1 teaspoon
  8. Pie shell 1-9 inch deep dish
  1. Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add the cream, milk, cheese, bacon, onion and parsley. Mix gently to retain the air.
  3. Pour into the pie shell.
  4. Bake at 320 F for 35-40 minutes or until the center is firm.
