Asparagus Medley
A medley of asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, topped with crispy bacon! Please check out this video "Asparagus Medley"
  1. 1 Cup Fresh asparagus, cut 1 inch long
  2. 1/2 cup Fresh broccoli florets
  3. 1/2 cup Cauliflower florets
  4. 1/4 cup Button mushrooms, cut in edges
  5. 1 Tbsp BUTTER
  6. 1/4 cup Onion, diced
  7. 3 slices BACON
  8. 1 Tbsp WATER
  9. 1 Tbsp Balsamic
  1. Gentle brown bacon until crisp; remove and set aside Discard or remove bacon fat.
  2. Using the same skillet; add butter; melt; add onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add asparagus; cook for 2-3 minutes. Add broccoli and cauliflower, stir well add sprinkle of salt & pepper. Add vinegar and water; stir well. Cover reduce to low; cook 10 minutes.
