Asparagus Medley

A medley of asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, topped with crispy bacon! Please check out this video "Asparagus Medley"

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Fresh asparagus, cut 1 inch long
- 1/2 cup Fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup Button mushrooms, cut in edges
- 1 Tbsp BUTTER
- 1/4 cup Onion, diced
- 3 slices BACON
- 1 Tbsp WATER
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic
Instructions
- Gentle brown bacon until crisp; remove and set aside Discard or remove bacon fat.
- Using the same skillet; add butter; melt; add onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add asparagus; cook for 2-3 minutes. Add broccoli and cauliflower, stir well add sprinkle of salt & pepper. Add vinegar and water; stir well. Cover reduce to low; cook 10 minutes.
