Apple Ginger Chicken Marinade
Add this marinade to your must make list!
  1. 1-1/2 cups apple juice
  2. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  3. 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  4. 1/2 cup honey
  5. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  6. 1 tsp. ginger
  7. 3 cloves fresh garlic
  1. Mix thoroughly in a blender, heat slowly to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Refrigerate overnight (8 hours minimum). Marinate chicken breasts for a minimum of 8 hours.
