Vegetable Fried Rice
Select your favorite vegetables and have a delightful meal !!
  1. Rice, parboiled, raw 2 cups
  2. Salt 1/2 tsp.
  3. Water 4 cups
  4. hoice of vegetables
  5. Broccoli, florets1 cup
  6. Onions, fine diced, white or purple 1/4 cup
  7. Peppers, fine diced 1/4 cup
  8. Carrots, shredded or fine diced 1/4 cup
  9. Purple cabbage, shredded 1/2 cup
  10. Snow peas,fresh 1/2 cup
  11. Olive oil 3 Tbsp.
  12. Soy sauce, kikkoman's 3 Tbsp.
  13. Ginger, ground 1/2 tsp.
  14. Black pepper 1/4 tsp.
  15. Garlic, granulated 1/2 tsp.
  16. Salt To taste
  1. Cook rice, spread on sheet pan to cool.
  2. In a wok or saute pan on medium high heat, add oil. When the oil is hot, add onions, peppers, carrots and any other firmer vegetable. Stir constantly.
  3. Add rice, soy sauce, spices, stir constantly. Add broccoli and any other soft vegetable.
  1. Note: The cooking time in the wok or skillet should only be 3-4 minutes.
