Ingredients
  1. 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  2. 1 MED ONION CHOPPED
  3. 4 EA BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS
  4. 3 TBSP KETCHUP
  5. 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  6. 3 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
  7. 2 TBSP LEMON JUICE 1 FRESH LEMON IF POSSIBLE
  8. 1 TBSP BLACK PEPPER
Instructions
  1. SAUTE ONION IN OIL UNTIL TRANSLUCENT.
  2. ADD CHICKEN, AND BROWN LIGHTLY.
  3. COMBINE KETCHUP, SOY SAUCE, SUGAR, LEMON JUICE, AND PEPPER; MIX WELL. POUR OVER CHICKEN, AND BRING TO A BOIL. COVER, REDUCE HEAT, AND SIMMER FOR 25 TO 35 MINUTES.
