Sugared Pecans
This is a recipe that I watched on a video and had to share, they are great !
  1. Egg White 6 each
  2. Cold water 6 Tablespoons
  3. Sugar 3 Cups
  4. Cinnamon 3 Teaspoons
  5. Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoons
  6. Pecans halves 6 Lbs
  1. Mix egg whites and water. Beat with mixer until frothy. Add sugar & Cinnamon. Add Pecans and mix well. Be sure to coat the Pecans well.
  2. Put on 2 greased cookie sheets and put into a 250 degree oven. Bake for at least 60 to 90 minutes, turning every 15 minutes with a spatula. Depending on how crunchy you want them, you can cook them a little longer. Just keep on testing them and watching them so they don't burn.
  3. Pour on to wax or parchment paper and let cool.
