  1. EGGS SLIGHTLY BEATEN 3 EACH
  2. LIGHT BROWN SUGAR 1 CUP
  3. WHITE CORN SYRUP 1 CUP
  4. BUTTER, MELTED 2 TBSP
  5. VANILLA 1 TSP
  6. FRESH PECANS 1 CUP
  7. PIE CRUST,9 INCH 1 EACH
Instructions
  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350° F.
  2. COMBINE FIRST FIVE INGREDIENTS UNTIL BLENDED.
  3. POUR ONTO PIE CRUST, TOP WITH FRESH PECANS.
  4. BAKE 50 - 55 MINUTES
