Simmered black beans

Ingredients
  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  2. 1 large onion, chopped
  3. 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  4. 3/4 teaspoon Lawry's Garlic Powder with Parsley
  5. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  6. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  7. 3 15-ounce cans black beans, drained
Instructions
  1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper and cook 3 minutes.
  2. Stir in Garlic Powder with Parsley, cumin, oregano and black beans; mix thoroughly.
  3. Reduce heat to low and cook 20 - 25 minutes.
