Sauteed Fish Filet, Tilapia
This cooking method can be used on any mild fish filet.

Ingredients
  1. Fish fillet, tilapia 2 each
  2. Butter 1 Tbsp
  3. Olive oil 1 Tbsp
  4. Cayenne pepper a dusting
  5. Salt a dusting
  6. Black pepper a dusting
  7. Lemon, fresh 1/2 lemon
Instructions
  1. Season both sides of the filets with a dusting of cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat saute pan on medium, add butter and olive oil, spread well.
  3. Place the filet in pan, presentation side down. Cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook on opposite side for 2 minutes.
  4. Plate and serve.
  5. Thicker filets may take a little longer to cook. look for the meat to just start flaking.
